- Milk: whole and semi-skimmed, in 1 litre cartons.
- Butter and liquid cream: for pilaf, sauces and desserts.
- Kashar cheese: block for pide and pizza, sliced for toasties and breakfast.
- White cheese, çeçil and braided cheese: for breakfast and meze plates.
- Eggs: in trays of 30.
Deli
- Beef sucuk and pastırma: sliced, for pide, breakfast and toasties.
