About us

Habip Albayrak Gıda Pazarlama San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. supplies restaurants, canteens and professional kitchens on Istanbul’s Asian side, building on its founder’s experience in the trade since 2002. From our warehouse at the Aytop Food Wholesalers’ Estate in Sultanbeyli we deliver with our own vehicles to 14 districts, from Kadıköy to Tuzla and from Beykoz to Şile, and to Gebze, Darıca and Çayırova in Kocaeli.

Businesses only

We do not sell to the public. Our whole business is built around professional kitchens: restaurants, kebab houses, pide and lahmacun bakeries, seafood restaurants, traditional canteens, hotels and contract caterers. That is why our products come in the pack sizes kitchens actually use: sacks, tins and jerrycans.

Where we are strongest

• Flour: we are an authorised Ova Flour dealer, and one of the strongest suppliers of pide, börek and baklava flour on the Asian side.
• Oils: sunflower, frying and olive oil for busy kitchens.
• Pulses: consistent quality in lentils, chickpeas and beans with our own brand, Koşan.

We also supply rice and bulgur, spices, nuts, paste and other pantry staples, as well as professional cleaning products.
